As a Lining Foreman, you will lead the safe and effective delivery of specialist trenchless rehabilitation projects across the UK. Lead CIPP lining installations, patch repairs and trenchless rehabilitation works Manage day-to-day site operations, personnel and resources Ensure installation quality, compliance and technical accuracy Oversee preparation, curing, reinstatement and quality assurance processes Conduct and review CCTV inspections and survey data Interpret CCTV findings and verify asset condition Provide technical guidance and mentoring to operatives and technicians Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and confined space requirements Inspect equipment, curing systems, calibration settings and materials Complete installation records, curing logs and project documentation Identify and resolve technical challenges on site Support continuous improvement of lining methods and operational practices About you... We're looking for an experienced drainage and trenchless rehabilitation professional with strong leadership skills and a proven background in CIPP lining operations.
