Technical Assurance Administrator Stark | Infrastructure – Assets We’re looking for a Technical Assurance Administrator to join our Infrastructure – Assets team. This is an important role supporting the Technical Assurance team across Stark’s Networks, EV and Zero asset portfolio. You’ll play a key part in keeping technical assurance activities organised, ensuring records and compliance documentation are maintained, coordinating maintenance and contractor activity, and helping to make sure customer and stakeholder enquiries are dealt with promptly. You’ll work with a wide range of internal teams, contractors, delivery partners and customers, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving and working in a technical environment. What you’ll be doing Coordinate the day-to-day administration of technical assurance activities across Stark’s Networks, EV and Zero assets. Manage the receipt, tracking and processing of work requests, technical submissions, designs and completion documentation. Carry out initial checks on technical and asset documentation, ensuring submissions are complete and ready for technical review. Maintain accurate records of approvals, actions, technical documentation and compliance evidence. Monitor workflows and deadlines, escalating overdue actions where required. Support the onboarding and ongoing administration of Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) and delivery partners. Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, inspections and servicing activities across the asset portfolio. Liaise with third-party Operations & Maintenance providers to ensure work is completed within agreed timescales. Monitor contractor performance and maintain accurate records of maintenance activity and completion evidence. Manage technical assurance mailboxes and respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries. Log and track faults, incidents and remedial actions, ensuring they are progressed and escalated appropriately. Support incident and emergency response processes through effective communication and coordination. Act as a first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with Networks, EV and Zero assets, carrying out initial triage before escalating to the appropriate technical or operational team. Ensure customer enquiries and incidents are managed within agreed service levels (SLAs). Maintain records relating to maintenance, repairs and emergency call-outs to support cost recovery and recharge activities. Support audits by ensuring technical, compliance and asset records are accurate, complete and easily accessible. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and ways of working across the Technical Assurance function. What you’ll bring Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or support role. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintaining records and documentation. Confident written and verbal communication skills. Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience working with databases, workflow systems, asset management systems or other record-management tools. The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, contractors and other external stakeholders. A proactive approach with the confidence to follow up actions and escalate issues when necessary. The ability to work independently while also being a supportive and collaborative team player. A customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service. It would be great if you also have: Experience working within utilities, infrastructure, engineering, construction, EV, energy or renewable energy. Experience coordinating contractors, maintenance programmes or field-based activities. An understanding of compliance, regulatory or audit requirements. Asset Optimisation Manager Stark | Infrastructure – Assets We’re looking for an Asset Optimisation Manager to join our Infrastructure – Assets team and play a key role in maximising the commercial performance of Stark’s growing portfolio of infrastructure, EV charging and net-zero assets. Stark is continuing to grow across Stark Infra, Stark Charge and Stark Zero, with responsibility for adopting and operating assets including gas and electricity networks, EV charge points and net-zero technologies such as solar and battery storage. This is a varied and high-impact role that sits at the intersection of commercial performance, data, revenue assurance, customer outcomes and regulatory compliance. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve asset utilisation, strengthen data quality and ensure we’re getting maximum value from our growing asset portfolio. You’ll also lead and develop a team of Asset Analysts, building the capability, processes and systems needed to support the continued growth of the function. What you’ll be doing Commercial Performance & Asset Optimisation Take ownership of the commercial performance of Stark’s asset portfolio, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and asset value. Monitor asset profitability, utilisation, revenue recovery and performance trends, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action. Lead initiatives designed to improve asset returns, operating performance, customer outcomes and commercial arrangements. Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and improve the financial performance of the portfolio. Provide clear, commercially focused recommendations to senior stakeholders to support investment and portfolio decisions. Revenue Assurance & Data Lead revenue assurance activities, ensuring all billable activity is accurately captured, validated and reported to Finance. Take accountability for the integrity, accuracy and completeness of asset performance data across operational systems. Use data and insight to identify revenue leakage, performance issues and opportunities for improvement. Support accurate forecasting and performance reporting across the asset portfolio. Ensure high-quality asset data is available to support regulatory reporting, audits and commercial decision-making. Compliance & Governance Ensure regulated activities remain compliant with relevant licence obligations, contractual requirements and regulatory standards. Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems to strengthen compliance and the quality of outputs. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure appropriate governance is embedded across asset management activities. Support audit and assurance activity by ensuring robust processes, records and reporting are in place. Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Create, analyse and present meaningful asset performance reporting to senior stakeholders. Turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations that support better business decisions. Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working across the function. Lead changes that improve efficiency, customer outcomes, revenue performance and asset data quality. Continuously look for ways to make the business more effective as the Stark Infra, Charge and Zero portfolios grow. Leadership & Team Development Lead, motivate and develop the Asset Optimisation team, creating a high-performing culture focused on commercial performance, compliance and customer outcomes. Establish the processes, structures and capabilities required to support the continued growth of the team. Set clear objectives and performance measures aligned to wider business goals. Coach and develop Asset Analysts, building expertise across asset optimisation, commercial analysis, revenue assurance and regulatory compliance. Identify future resource and capability requirements and contribute to workforce planning. Ensure the team has the skills, systems and processes required to support Stark’s expanding asset portfolio. What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone who combines commercial awareness, analytical capability and strong people leadership. You’ll ideally bring: Experience in a commercial, analytical, asset management, revenue assurance or performance management environment. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and asset value. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with large and complex datasets. Experience of revenue assurance, financial analysis, forecasting or performance management. The ability to turn data into clear insights and make practical, commercially focused recommendations.
