In this role you will supervise the day-to-day operation of the Payroll Section, this includes a payroll team leader (1.0 FTE) and payroll administrators (5.0 FTE). The successful applicant will ensure that Falkirk Council’s payrolls are completed accurately and on time, every time. This will include monitoring the workload/work quality of the payroll team, interpreting and applying conditions of service and statutory provisions and overseeing the reconciliation of payroll control accounts in relation to both statutory and non statutory payments. About the job Your largest part of your role is to help create a safe, nurturing, and supportive home where young people can heal and thrive.
