You will be responsible for the oversight and day to day running of the facility, ensuring its smooth operation and compliance with all governing bodies. As an InHealth Service Manager you will be responsible for service and clinical leadership, operating in accordance with local guidelines and company policies to deliver a service that is aligned to contractual and governance requirements. What you are responsible for: Ensuring the service delivers the highest standard of patient care whilst meeting customers expectations. Ensuring the building is maintained and well kept, clean and in line with IPC standards and all issues surrounding this are escalated to line management. Upholding the requirements of all regulatory standards, holding the position of CQC registered manager, and ensuring you work within the budgets you are responsible for.
