"The Salaried General Practitioner will be a key member of the Emergency Assessment and Access Services within the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC), providing primary medical care to patients who self-refer or are referred from ED or NHS 111. Each practitioner will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary medical services to patients streamed to the UTC. The role is supported by a multidisciplinary team (MDT). The post holder will work closely with the MDT to proactively manage and anticipate patients’ future health needs, developing appropriate care plans with a strong emphasis on delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
