We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmacist with a passion for the care of older people to join our team as Advanced Clinical Pharmacist–Department of Medicine of the Elderly. This role will focus on providing expert clinical pharmacy support to elderly care services, working to optimise medicines use and improve outcomes for older patients with complex medical needs across Cambridge University Hospitals. You will work closely with senior pharmacy colleagues, geriatricians, multidisciplinary teams and service leads to deliver and develop a high-quality clinical pharmacy service.
