We are routinely involved in project work and service improvement and follow evidence-based practice.     Volunteer & Digital Services Coordinator

    To recruit, train, supervise and support all volunteer roles (Helpline & Digital Service, art group and admin volunteers) and develop the volunteering provision at SARA. This will include coordinating external group supervision for volunteers, identifying needs for further training, providing regular volunteer check-ins, coordinating volunteer rotas, planning volunteer socials and completing associated volunteer administration. In addition, you will have oversight of SARA’s digital services and develop the digital services to provide trauma-informed anonymous and confidential support for survivors of sexual violence. As part of this, you will promote SARA’s digital services in Greater Manchester and beyond, develop the digital services procedures, line manage helpline sessional workers, ensure service user confidentiality, safeguard service users using the digital services, coordinate the on-call safeguarding rota for the digital services, identify service user themes, and collect and record all service area data.
