Summary

PA Support Needed - to Help with household tasks and personal admin - Zero Hour Contract - WB-DCC-001

We are looking for a reliable, friendly and proactive Personal Support Assistant to support an individual in their day-to-day life at home and getting into the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others live independently, is organised, and has a warm and patient approach

This role will involves assisting with a range of household tasks, including general cleaning, tidying, laundry, and cooking. A key part of the role will involve offering gentle encouragement and practical assistance in getting out into the community. The role will also provide support with attending appointments, helping with travel arrangements, time-keeping, and ensuring important information is understood. In addition, you will assist with staying on top of bills and basic administrative tasks, helping the individual to remain organised and manage essential responsibilities. The PA will assist by creating a weekly checklist, encouraging adherence to his medication routine, setting achievable tasks and offering reassurance and motivation to maintain positive routines.

The Individual requiring support enjoys spending time in nature with their dog. Previously they have enjoyed going on camping trips.
