DC Personnel are looking for a General Operative for the LE18 Wigston area of Leicestershire Salary : £12.75 per hour Hours : Monday - Friday 7 till 3:00pm (early finish on Fridays) Full time - Ongoing The Role : As a General Operative, you will support the day-to-day manufacturing and packaging processes, working within a controlled cleanroom environment and following strict quality and hygiene standards. Your duties will include : Preparing bottles and caps prior to manufacturing Cleaning manufacturing areas in line with approved cleaning schedules Loading, unloading and cleaning isolators Carrying out basic operations within isolators, including filling, capping and inspection Completing in-process checks and sampling Completing Batch Manufacturing Records and Batch Packaging Records Preparing packaging components for manufacturing and packaging operations Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records Following all company procedures, health & safety requirements and cleanroom standards About You: Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or cleanroom environment is advantageous, although the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. We are looking for someone who is : Reliable, flexible and hardworking Comfortable carrying out manual and repetitive tasks Physically fit and able to spend periods standing Comfortable with loading and unloading duties Able to work accurately and follow detailed procedures Positive and willing to use their own initiative Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality Comfortable working in a controlled environment while wearing full PPE Please note: This role can be physically demanding and involves periods of standing, manual handling, loading and unloading, and repetitive tasks. We will create an environment where the equality and human rights principles of fairness, respect, equality, dignity and autonomy are promoted and are part of the organisation's core values. • Support the Deputy Head of Clinical Administration in the development and delivery of training sessions and feedback to clinical coders, clinicians and managers in order to improve the quality of clinical coded data • Support the Clinical Coding team with answering coding queries from all areas of the Trust as and when required • Take responsibility for maintaining and continuously developing in depth analysis of clinically coded data. Work closely with the Clinical Coding team in order to ensure that the Trust maximises its quality of coded data whilst conforming to clinical coding rules and conventions • Feedback and participate in clinical audits or validation work as required by the clinical team to ensure high quality documentation. • Participate in audits with the Clinical Coding Auditor to ensure that the Trust always has high quality clinically coded data available for the purpose of analysis and income generation • Respond positively to clinical coding queries from outside the department, ensuring that the information supplied is both accurate and suitable for its intended purpose • Provide mentor/coaching support to the Clinical Coding trainees to aid development and knowledge.
