We’re looking for a Product and Payment Advisor to join Golden Charter and take ownership of funeral plans from application through to activation. You’ll be the key point of contact for customers, funeral directors and intermediaries, processing plans, managing payments and amendments, resolving issues and making sure every customer receives a smooth, professional experience. You’ll be customer-focused, organised and accurate, with excellent communication and problem solving skills. You’ll be confident managing your own workload, making decisions and working collaboratively with others.
