PRINCIPAL DUTIES Assist in the management of the Life Cycle fund and prepare applications to access Life cycle funds and finance streams. Assist in the preparation of annual property budgets; liaising with the Property Services Department and Finance Departments. Review all contractor service reports and action any remedial works identified therein. Review inspection reports received from Statutory bodies including the Health and Safety Executive, Fire Officers, Environmental Health Officers and the Care Quality Commission. Participate and lead the team in the management of specific tasks, i.e. CDM Regulations, Control of Legionella and Fire Risk Management. Participation in the Groups Environmental Management System accredited under ISO14001. Provide technical assistance to manage property related contract variations. Job Responsibilities As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of person-centred care and supporting your team to uphold those standards in everything they do.
