We are looking for a friendly, reliable and guest-focused Nights Guest Service Assistant to help deliver safe, welcoming and memorable experiences for our guests during out-of-hours periods. Reporting to the Nights Guest Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly overnight, acting as a reassuring presence for guests and maintaining our high standards of service, safety and brand compliance. The departments include Biochemistry, Haematology and Transfusion and are all UKAS accredited. Medical Laboratory Assistants work as part of a team supporting the Biomedical scientists. Medical Laboratory Assistants receive and process (data entry) samples prior to testing by Biomedical Scientists in the laboratories. The successful candidate will be trained to deal with enquiries on the telephone, and to accurately provide authorised results to other healthcare professionals as required.
