It is a chance to take ownership of a specialism and shape the team around you. A leading multidisciplinary consultancy are looking for an Associate Director-level Fire Specialist to lead their fire and building safety consultancy work across the South West and Wales. The role gives someone the platform to build a regional presence, develop key client relationships and help establish a recognised Centre of Excellence in this space. You would be working within an established Building Surveying practice, but with a clear brief to grow the fire safety consultancy side of the business. Your new role As the Lead Engineer, you will provide day-to-day engineering support across multiple academy sites, ensuring the delivery of both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: A recognised HNC/HND qualification in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical building systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
