This is a genuinely high-ownership role at the heart of how The Gym Group grows. You will lead the delivery of new gym fit-outs from shell to operational handover, manage capital works across an established national estate, and provide expert technical input during site acquisitions - all while working with a passionate property team that takes quality and safety seriously. Leading end-to-end delivery of new gym fit-outs across the UK, from technical due diligence at acquisition stage through to operational handover Managing a portfolio of capital works across the existing estate, including refurbishments, extensions, and compliance-driven upgrades Developing schedules of works and cost plans, and negotiating with landlords and contractors to deliver value for money Owning project budgets and programmes, integrating building works, equipment, IT, signage, and security into a coherent delivery sequence Ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety legislation, CDM regulations, and the Building Safety Act, including acting as Principal Designer where required Reviewing and challenging design proposals to ensure they meet regulatory standards, operational needs, and The Gym Group's brand requirements Managing external contractors, consultants, and suppliers, holding teams to account for performance, safety, and quality Communicating proactively with senior stakeholders - including the Board and Senior Leadership Team - on project progress, risks, and milestones About you... A relevant degree and/or professional membership with RICS, CIOB, or APM Proven experience managing large-scale construction or fit-out projects across a multi-site UK estate Strong commercial skills including budget management, procurement, and contract negotiation Solid working knowledge of CDM regulations, the Building Safety Act, and building regulations Experience managing outsourced contractors and professional consultants at a national level Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including reporting to senior leadership Self-sufficient and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines Need assistance? We are currently looking to recruit an Service Team Leader at our Audi dealership in Solihull. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays on a rota basis. Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service experience. Role and Responsibilities You will need to be hands on in your approach to help support the Service Manager in driving the department forward, ensuring targets are met and budgets are managed. You will also be versed in all aspects of the service department.
