Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of strip out and enabling works projects from inception through to completion. Manage project programmes, budgets, resources, and subcontractor performance. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Build and manage relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. Coordinate site teams, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
