The Security Sales and Operations Support Coordinator will support the smooth running of the security division by managing customer enquiries, coordinating jobs, supporting estimates, and assisting with operational administration. The role is suited to an organised, customer-focused individual who can manage day-to-day priorities while developing a strong working knowledge of security systems and service delivery. This role requires strong organisation, clear customer communication, accurate CRM scheduling, practical estimating support, subcontractor coordination, and the ability to develop working knowledge of CCTV, access control, and wider security systems. • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner. • Manage the Security Enquiries email inbox and ensure enquiries are logged, followed up, or escalated appropriately. • Schedule and load jobs accurately on the CRM system. • Prepare small works pricing and remedial estimates for review and issue. • Maintain callout and small works folders, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. • Provide remote CCTV support where appropriate and in line with training. • Assist with appointment bookings, site access arrangements, and customer coordination. • Support PPM-related sales administration and follow-up activity. • Coordinate subcontractor bookings and manage subcontractor job sheets. • Develop knowledge of security systems through ongoing training and agreed milestones
