The available post is for Jubilee Ward (10 bedded Specialist Dementia Service, and 6 bedded Functional Disorders). An excellent opportunity for somebody looking to join an established team caring for individuals with Dementia. Jubilee Ward is a 16 bedded male unit which provides a therapeutic environment for men with dementia (10 beds) and Functional Disorders (6 beds). Most patients are under MHA. The Consultant will work closely with other experienced members of the MDT. The post would be suitable for an Older Adult Consultant Psychiatrist or a General Adult Psychiatrist, with experience of older adults.
