Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain all areas of the home to exceptional standards, following cleaning schedules and company procedures. Ensure bedrooms, communal areas and facilities remain clean, comfortable and welcoming for residents and visitors. Respect residents' privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times. Comply with Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Prevention & Control and all relevant legislation and policies. Ensure all housekeeping equipment is used safely and report any faults promptly to the Maintenance Operative or General Manager. Monitor housekeeping supplies and report shortages to ensure the team has everything needed to maintain high standards. Use initiative to identify and address spillages or cleanliness issues immediately. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the home, contributing positively to meetings, training and the wider team culture. Support in creating a friendly, caring and supportive environment where residents feel valued and comfortable. About You We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in delivering exceptionally high standards of cleanliness. Has excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Is reliable, hardworking and organised. Enjoys working as part of a team and building positive relationships with residents and colleagues. Has good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
