About the role We are looking for a dedicated individual, passionate for delivering high quality, person centred care for our new Homecare branch in Sudbury. This is a new venture for Kingsley Home Care and the exciting role sees the Care Co-ordinator act as first point of contact for clients and staff, provide care in the community and work closely with the Branch Manager and integrated care services to ensure a smooth delivery of services.
