Full training will be provided on Hurco controls and OneCNC for candidates with strong CNC milling experience. Key Responsibilities • Set and operate Hurco CNC milling machines (full training provided where required). • Use OneCNC software when necessary to support production (training provided). • Manufacture precision components in batch sizes ranging from 1-100 pieces, with most work involving low-volume production. • Carry out in-process inspections using a variety of precision measuring equipment. • Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure components meet specification. • Work both independently and collaboratively within a skilled, close-knit team. • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and housekeeping throughout production. What We're Looking For • Previous experience setting and operating CNC milling machines. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. • Experience using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers, and gauges. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • A positive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Experience with Hurco controls or OneCNC is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
