Working closely with the Specialist Lead, you will support the day-to-day delivery of the Tissue Viability service, providingexpert assessment, management and evaluation of complex woundsacross a range of community settings, including complex wound clinics, patients' homes and nursing homes across Barnet. You will provide clinical leadership, promote evidence-based practice and support the wider multidisciplinary team throughspecialist advice, education and supervision. The role will also contribute to clinical audit, quality improvement and service development, helping to drive high standards of tissue viability care and improve patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse with a passion forcomplex wound care and tissue viabilityto develop their advanced clinical and leadership skills within a supportive specialist team.
