Works in collaboration with other partners including community-based justice social work and Scottish Prison Service. Provides a Duty social work service that all prisoners can access. In this role, you'll: Collaborate closely with our Human Resources team to craft engaging communications that support the wellbeing and engagement of all colleagues. Translate complex information and change programmes into clear, accessible, and inspiring content for a wide range of audiences. Develop creative campaigns and initiatives that foster inclusion, awareness, and understanding of new or updated policies and practices. Use a variety of channels, from our news site to events and videos, to reach and engage our people.
