    Graduate Logistics Coordinator A large research organisation, based in South Oxfordshire require a science or engineering graduate to join their busy warehousing and logistics function. A major refit and upgrade is taking place, with a large volume of goods being received and despatched daily. Main Duties Coordinate, arrange and record all goods receipts and dispatched items from site Electronic registration of deliveries. File delivery notes and signed Receipt Registration labels. Inform staff and contractors when their deliveries have arrived. Relocate parcels / deliveries to storage compounds / locations. Resolution of queries arising from missing parcels, damaged goods, incorrect information etc. Stock management of consumables. Housekeeping and General Administration duties as required. Skills & Experience A science, engineering or related degree - A Level and Btec qualifications will also be considered. Any previous logistics or warehousing experience would be beneficial but full training will be provided. Good communication skills with a proactive approach to problem solving. A full drivers licence and the ability to drive a van for site and local deliveries is required. The willingness to learn and take responsibility An excellent work ethic is also required The role is available immediately, initially for a 12-month period but further extensions may be possible.
