Cambridge Fitness & Wellbeing The opportunity As our Personal Training Lead you will: Support the Fitness Manager across the fitness arm of our Health & Wellbeing offering. Strive for innovation and excellence in everything you do. Carry out managerial administration, determined by the fitness manager. Be responsible for the gym floor service, presentation and maintenance. Promote and deliver fitness programmes. Support and champion our express classes and 'Meet our experts' sessions. The person: To succeed as a Personal Training Lead, you will need: CIMSPA membership, Level 3 REPs or equivalent. Experience of designing and managing fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
