Pay rate is £13.21 per hour to £13.50 Working hours are 07:00 till 15:30 Monday to Thursday with a 14:30 finish on Friday As a Steel Operative your duties will include: Assembling metal frames using hand tools Stacking/Handling steel section Changing coils Visual inspection of finished products Other general duties as required This is a long-term position. The ideal candidate will have previous assembly experience within the steel industry, along with drilling experience. Applicants must be confident in the use of hand tools and competent in measuring to millimetre (mm) specifications. At £21.00 per hour Responsibilities of the Class 2 HGV Driver Operate a Class 2 HGV curtain sided vehicle for local and national deliveries, of timber Products Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tyre pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order. Report any safety issues on standard reports. Also adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives precisely Interact with dispatchers and others on a daily basis to ensure all task are carried out in a timely and professional manner and prepare to return home.
