We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join a supported living service in Murton. You will lead a team delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults living independently within self-contained flats. As a front-line leader, you will support a team of approximately 12 staff, ensuring safe, effective service delivery while promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing for the people supported.
