One senior leader to own them end to end. This is a hands-on delivery role for a Project Director who can run a multi-site BESS construction and commissioning portfolio from mobilisation through to energisation, testing and handover and make sure programme, cost and reporting never slip out of view. You'll be the senior point of accountability across the portfolio: holding contractors and suppliers to their milestones, challenging slippage before it becomes a problem, and giving the business a clear, honest picture of where every project actually stands versus where it's forecast to land.
