The Bury Early Intervention Team for Psychosis is delighted to be able to offer a Secondment post of a full time band 5 Care Co-ordinator. Registered Mental Health Nurses, Social workers and Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply. The Bury Early Intervention Team supports those patients experiencing First Episode Psychosis and those whom are at risk of developing Psychosis. We are based within 3 Knowsley Place, which sits alongside hubs for social care and Community Mental Health Services. You will be expected to travel the Bury Footprint as part of the role and contribute to the duty rota. We would support applicants wishing to apply who are completing a preceptorship.
