Details: Contract term: AYR - All year round Pay grade: Schools Support Staff NJC | NJC21 - NJC25 Department: Facilities Key stage: Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 Hours: 37.00 per week / 52.143 weeks per yearVisa sponsorship: No Your Role We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious and inspirational Senior Sites Manager to join our successful Facilities team. The Senior Sites Manager will lead the operational management of the estate, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, cost-effectiveness, and a safe, well-maintained environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. This post is integral to our school and plays an important role in enhancing the teaching and working environment for young people and staff. Our collection of schools is not only changing but also growing, as a result this will require you to be flexible within your duties. Knowledge of health & safety regulations, including CoSHH and risk assessments is essential. You will be responsible for the managing of cleaning and maintenance staff, security, maintenance, health & safety and cleanliness of the school premises and organise planned maintenance and day to day repairs. You will need a flexible approach to your working day, the ability to identify work priorities and manage your workload whilst ensuring that lower priority work is completed.
