We're looking for a Scheduling Operations Senior Planner (Healthy Homes) to help us deliver an exceptional service to our customers while supporting and developing a team that's passionate about making a difference.

This is a role for someone who loves bringing order to complexity, building great relationships and finding solutions when priorities change. You'll be the person helping to connect customers, operatives, supervisors and colleagues, ensuring our services run smoothly and customers receive the right support at the right time.

You'll work with a brilliant team that genuinely cares about the people we serve. Together, you'll balance customer need, operational priorities and vulnerability considerations to make sure we continue delivering the high standards our customers deserve.

What you'll bring

You'll have experience of working in a fast-paced scheduling, planning or operational environment and be comfortable making decisions, solving problems and adapting when plans need to change.
