We're looking for an Electrician to join our Response Team, helping customers across the South region. This is a role where you'll see the impact of your work every day. Whether you're resolving an electrical fault, installing a new ventilation system, or carrying out vital safety work, you'll be helping customers feel safe, comfortable and confident in their homes.

No two days are the same. One day you could be helping a customer with an urgent repair, the next supporting our work to tackle damp and mould through improved ventilation solutions. Whatever the task, you'll take pride in delivering quality work and excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing

You'll spend your days working in customers' homes, carrying out a variety of electrical repairs, testing and improvement works. A big part of the role is helping us create healthier living environments through the installation, maintenance and repair of ventilation systems, including extractor fans and Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) units.

You'll also support our wider Safer Homes programme by:

Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults

Carrying out testing, inspections and certification works

Completing electrical remedial works and safety upgrades

Installing and replacing consumer units

Repairing and maintaining ventilation systems

Supporting damp, mould and condensation reduction initiatives

Working closely with customers to keep them informed and reassured throughout the work

Most importantly, you'll bring a positive approach, treating every home as if it were your own and every customer with respect and care.

What we're looking for

We're interested in hearing from qualified electricians who enjoy problem-solving, take pride in their work and genuinely care about the people they support.

You'll need:

NVQ/AM2 (or equivalent)

2391 Testing & Inspection qualification (or equivalent)

Current 18th Edition qualification

Full UK driving licence

Experience of working within social housing or with ventilation systems would be great, but we're equally interested in people who share our values and put customers at the heart of everything they do.
