Summary
At Abri, we're committed to creating thriving communities and providing safe, warm, and well-maintained homes for our customers. We're looking for a Healthy Homes Administrator & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team on a 3 month fixed term contract and play a key role in supporting the delivery of our disrepair service.
Based in our Eastleigh office, you'll coordinate appointments, manage operatives' and surveyors' diaries, and help ensure that disrepair cases are progressed efficiently, keeping customers informed and supported every step of the way.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the person helping to keep our Healthy Homes service running smoothly. From arranging inspections and repair appointments to coordinating diaries and supporting customers through the process, you'll play an important role in ensuring homes are repaired and improved as quickly as possible.
You'll build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, surveyors, operatives, contractors and legal representatives, helping to coordinate activity across a range of disrepair cases. Whether you're keeping customers updated on progress, scheduling inspections and follow-on works, or ensuring key information is recorded accurately, you'll help deliver a service that's professional, responsive and customer-focused.
No two days will be the same. You'll enjoy managing competing priorities, solving problems and finding solutions when plans change. You'll also use your organisational skills and attention to detail to make sure appointments, records and communications are handled effectively, helping us deliver better outcomes for our customers.
Why join us?
At Abri, you'll be part of a supportive team where your work genuinely makes a difference. The Healthy Homes team plays a vital role in improving customers' living conditions, resolving disrepair issues and helping people feel proud of the homes they live in.
We'll give you the opportunity to develop your skills, contribute ideas and be part of a team that's committed to continuous improvement and delivering excellent customer experiences.
If you have strong administration skills, experience coordinating appointments or repairs, and a passion for delivering great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
If this sounds like the opportunity you've been waiting for, apply today.
We'll review applications as they're received and may close the advert early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications, so don't delay.
