Following a natural staff transition due to long-term retirements, we are seeking a dedicated individual to work directly alongside our Factory Manager.
The Career Opportunity
This is not just a standard workshop job. For the right candidate who demonstrates the right attitude, capability, and desire, there is a clear path to take over the role of Factory Manager within 2 to 5 years. You will learn the business from the ground up, receiving direct, one-on-one mentorship from our current manager to fully prepare you to eventually run the facility.
