About the Role
Working closely with the Operations Director and wider management team, this role is responsible for providing administrative support across business projects and operational activities. The Project Support Administrator will help maintain accurate records, coordinate key processes, support commercial and financial administration, and ensure actions and documentation are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Providing day-to-day administrative support to project, operational and management teams.
Maintaining accurate project, operational and business records, ensuring documentation is organised and up to date.
Supporting finance administration processes, including invoice handling, purchase order management and reconciliation of completed works.
Assisting with the preparation of quotations, reports and other business documentation.
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes and tracking actions through to completion.
Managing project and business correspondence, ensuring enquiries and requests are dealt with promptly.
Supporting company vehicle administration, including maintaining records, scheduling maintenance and monitoring documentation.
Assisting with HR and personnel administration, including maintaining records and coordinating employee review meetings.
Providing general administrative support across the business and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required.
About you….
Previous experience as an office coordinator or similar role essential
Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams..
Relevant business administration, project support or project management qualification is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work effectively as a team or on your own.
Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively.
Good attention to detail
Willingness to help and to learn from colleagues.
Strong enthusiasm and personal drive
