About the Role
Working closely with the Operations Director and wider management team, this role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting business operations. The Office Coordinator will act as a central point of contact across the business, helping to create an organised, efficient and professional working environment while providing administrative support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a well-organised, efficient and professional working environment.
Supporting employee administration activities, including probation reviews, 1:1 scheduling and maintaining personnel records.
Managing office facilities, supplies, equipment and service providers to ensure the workplace operates smoothly.
Acting as a central point of contact for visitors, employees and general office enquiries.
Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, correspondence and deliveries.
Supporting senior management with a range of business support and administrative activities.
Coordinating company vehicle administration, including maintenance scheduling, record keeping and compliance documentation.
Attending management meetings, taking accurate minutes and monitoring follow-up actions to completion.
Building positive relationships across the business and helping resolve day-to-day operational issues.
About you….
Previous experience as an office administrator or similar role essential
Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams..
Relevant business administration, project support or project management qualification is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work effectively as a team or on your own.
Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively.
Good attention to detail
Willingness to help and to learn from colleagues.
Strong enthusiasm and personal drive
