A welcoming primary school in Ealing is looking for a committed Primary School Teacher to join its team from January.

You'll take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging learning experiences while creating a classroom where children feel safe, included and motivated to participate.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Creating clear learning objectives and appropriate levels of challenge.
- Assessing attainment and monitoring pupil progress.
- Using assessment to identify gaps and inform future teaching.
- Differentiating lessons for different abilities and learning needs.
- Adapting teaching appropriately for pupils with SEND.
- Establishing positive routines and expectations for behaviour.
- Encouraging independence, resilience and confidence.
- Working effectively with Teaching Assistants and support staff.
- Building positive relationships with pupils.
- Communicating professionally with parents and carers.
- Contributing to planning, assessment and the wider life of the school.

We're looking for a teacher who cares about both pupil progress and the quality of their own practice.
You'll ideally:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Understand the primary curriculum and age-related expectations.
- Plan purposeful and engaging learning experiences.
- Adapt teaching for pupils with different abilities and additional needs.
- Use assessment effectively to support progress.
- Have confident classroom and behaviour-management skills.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and colleagues.
- Build professional relationships with parents and carers.
- Be reflective, enthusiastic and committed to continuing your professional development.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one, will be required.
