A welcoming primary school in Greenford is looking for a committed Primary Teacher to join its team from January.

You'll take responsibility for your class, planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of pupils with different abilities, experiences and learning needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Creating a positive, inclusive and purposeful classroom environment.
- Differentiating teaching to meet individual learning needs.
- Assessing pupil progress and using this to inform future planning.
- Identifying pupils who need additional challenge or support.
- Supporting children with SEND and adapting teaching appropriately.
- Establishing clear routines and positive expectations for behaviour.
- Encouraging curiosity, confidence and independence.
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff.
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers.
- Contributing to planning, assessment and wider school activities.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the school.

We're looking for a teacher who is enthusiastic about both pupil progress and their own professional development.
You'll ideally:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching within a primary school.
- Understand the expectations of the primary curriculum.
- Plan engaging lessons with clear learning outcomes.
- Adapt teaching for pupils with different abilities and additional needs.
- Have strong classroom and behaviour-management skills.
- Build positive relationships with pupils.
- Work effectively with Teaching Assistants and other colleagues.
- Reflect on your own practice and look for ways to improve.
- Bring energy, ideas and professionalism to the wider school community.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one, will be required.
