Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for a People Officer to provide first-line HR support to their client's employees and managers. You will help with HR queries, employee lifecycle processes and ensure a high-quality, responsive HR service. Contract is for 3 months in Bradford, BD5 0QL.

People Officer

Pay Rate: £16.08 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday - Friday

Contract length: 3 months

Location: Bradford, BD5 0QL

Key Requirements

At least 2 years’ experience in an HR support role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisation, problem-solving and analytical skills

Good IT and electronic systems experience

Ability to manage priorities and handle confidential information professionally

Key Responsibilities

Respond to HR queries through the service desk and provide timely, accurate support.

Manage employee lifecycle processes, including starters, leavers, contract changes and payroll information.

Prepare employment contracts and amendment letters accurately and on time.

Complete Right to Work and DBS checks and maintain accurate employee records.

Support managers and the wider People team with basic employee casework, onboarding and HR processes.
