Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Customer Advice Officer to deal with a range of customer enquiries, resolve issues wherever possible and signpost customers to relevant services and support where required. Contract is for 3 months in Bradford.

Customer Advice Officer

Pay Rate: £14.14 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37, Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Contract length: 3 Months

Location: Bradford, Yorkshire, BD1 1HX

Key requirements:

Experience within a public sector or local authority environment

At least 2 years previous experience in a customer service, advice, administration or support role.

Experience dealing directly with members of the public and handling enquiries.

Key responsibilities:

Provide accurate, timely and customer-focused advice and information to residents and service users.

Respond to enquiries received by telephone, email, online channels and face to face.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and case information.

Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and issues within agreed timescales.
