Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Transport Service Co-ordinator to manage the day-to-day operation of the transport service . Contract is for 4 months in Dewsbury, WF12 9EG.

Transport Service Coordinator

Pay Rate: £14.00 per HOUR PAYE

Hours per week: 40 hrs Monday – Friday, normal working hours

Contract length: 4 months

Location: Dewsbury, WF12 9EG.

Office Based

Key requirements:

Ideally, experienced in transport, logistics, waste or a similar operational environment.

Good understanding of transport compliance and Working Time Directive requirements.

Strong communication, organisation and IT skills, with confidence working at pace.

Must possess IOSH Working Safely or equivalent

Key responsibilities:

Allocate daily work to vehicles and routes, keeping drivers, customers and stakeholders updated.

Complete driver debriefs, resolve route issues and report safety, damage or compliance concerns.
