About the Role

A leading building company is looking for a creative and proactive

Marketing Executive to join its UK marketing team, focusing on creative production and campaign execution.

You will play a key role in delivering marketing activities that support lead generation, website growth, engagement, and awareness across the UK market.

This is a hands-on position rather than a narrow marketing specialism. You will work across campaigns, newsletters, digital content, print materials, video and creative production, giving you exposure to several areas of marketing while developing your skills.

The role would suit someone with at least two years' corporate marketing experience who enjoys turning ideas into practical campaigns and is comfortable working with technical information.

  • Working knowledge of SEO is required

  • Strong written and spoken English is essential

  • Comfortable translating technical information into clear and engaging content

  • Interest in several areas of marketing rather than a narrow specialism

  • Creative, proactive and results-focused approach required

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute UK-focused marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives

  • Support campaign activity across digital and offline channels

  • Create and adapt digital and print marketing materials

  • Work with graphic design colleagues on localised marketing materials

  • Prepare brochures, whitepapers, compendiums and other marketing content

  • Support paid advertising activity by producing creative assets, video content and landing pages

  • Create short-form videos, partner testimonials and campaign visuals

  • Produce website content using SEO best practice

  • Support newsletter marketing activity

  • Work alongside the Digital Marketing team on larger marketing projects

  • Support product launches, announcements and annual events

  • Contribute creative ideas and help turn them into completed campaigns

  • Monitor and review marketing activity to support lead generation and engagement

What We're Looking For

  • At least two years' marketing experience in a corporate environment

  • Comfortable working with technical information and turning it into clear, engaging content

  • An interest in several areas of marketing rather than a narrow specialism

  • Creative, proactive and results-driven mindset

  • Working knowledge of SEO

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Enthusiastic approach and willingness to get involved

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Desirable Experience

  • B2B marketing experience

  • Experience with Figma and/or Adobe InDesign

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads dashboards

  • Experience creating video or social media content

  • An interest in technology, smart homes or building automation
