Are you a data-driven digital marketing professional looking for an opportunity to make a real commercial impact?

We are seeking applications from experienced Digital Marketing Managers or Senior Digital Marketing Executives looking to take their next step - you will have a background in managing digital channels, marketing systems, and campaign optimisation.

You will be responsible for the performance and development of key digital marketing activities, ensuring that websites, CRM platforms, online advertising, and reporting tools work together to deliver measurable results.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Managing and enhancing website performance, usability, and content effectiveness.

• Supporting the ongoing development of digital platforms and integrations.

• Overseeing marketing automation processes, lead management, and CRM optimisation.

• Monitoring campaign performance and recommending improvements based on data and insights.

• Building reports and dashboards to track lead generation, digital engagement, and ROI.

• Collaborating with marketing and business teams to support broader commercial objectives.

• Identifying opportunities to improve digital customer journeys and conversion performance.

• Staying informed of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practice.

About You

• Digital marketing background, ideally within a B2B environment.

• Strong experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels.

• Practical knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot or similar systems.

• Experience working with website management platforms such as WordPress.

• Solid understanding of paid search, paid social, web analytics, and marketing performance measurement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.

• Experience working with external agencies and third-party suppliers.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

• A degree in Marketing or a related discipline. Professional marketing qualifications such as CIM would be advantageous.

• Experience within construction, manufacturing, engineering, or related sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.

• You must currently reside in the United Kingdom and hold full right to work. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
