Summary
Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Officer with strong CRM and email marketing experience? We're recruiting for a well-established organisation on a temporary full time basis where you'll be part of a busy marketing team, working in a varied digital role delivering targeted campaigns that engage audiences and support the journey from initial interest through to enrolment.
In the Digital Marketing Officer role, you will be:
• Developing and delivering engaging CRM, email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Creating targeted and personalised content for different audiences and stages of the customer journey.
• Using CRM systems and analytics to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Writing, editing and proofreading high-quality digital marketing content.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns and projects.
• Managing multiple campaigns and priorities, ensuring activity is delivered accurately, on time and in line with relevant requirements.
To be successful in the Digital Marketing Officer role, you will need:
• Previous experience in a digital marketing role, with strong CRM and email marketing experience.
• Knowledge of email marketing, customer journeys, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Experience using CRM systems and analytics to measure and improve campaign performance.
• Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A creative, proactive and adaptable approach; experience within the education sector or with website analytics would be advantageous.
Based in Wexham, this is a full-time temporary role initially until 11 October 2026, with the possibility of extension. Working Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am–4:30pm on Fridays. In exchange you will receive an hourly pay rate of up to £25 DOE, plus holiday pay whilst on assignment, on-site parking and a location that is easily accessible by public transport.
