Summary
We are seeking a motivated, creative and commercially focused Marketing Manager to plan, develop and manage marketing activities that increase brand awareness, generate new business opportunities, strengthen customer engagement and support the company’s overall growth. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns across appropriate channels, researching market trends and customer behaviour, managing the company’s brand presence and analysing marketing performance. The successful candidate will work closely with management and other departments to ensure that marketing activities support wider business objectives and deliver measurable results. The role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, commercial awareness, communication skills, organisation and analytical ability.
DAILY ROLES AND DUTIES
The Marketing Manager will begin each working day by reviewing ongoing marketing campaigns, planned activities, customer engagement, enquiries, digital performance and upcoming deadlines. They will develop and maintain marketing plans and content calendars, coordinate promotional campaigns and ensure that activities are completed on time. Daily duties may include researching target markets, analysing customer needs, reviewing competitor activity and identifying new marketing opportunities. The manager will create, review and coordinate marketing materials including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, newsletters, brochures, presentations, advertisements and promotional materials. They will manage social media channels by planning content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to appropriate enquiries and reviewing audience performance.
The Marketing Manager will coordinate digital marketing activities such as search engine optimisation, paid advertising, email marketing, online promotions and lead-generation campaigns. They will monitor campaign performance and use relevant analytical tools to evaluate website traffic, engagement, leads, conversion rates and return on marketing investment. Based on performance data, they will recommend improvements and adjust campaigns where necessary. The manager will also work with designers, developers, agencies, suppliers and internal teams to deliver marketing projects effectively.
Additional daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate marketing records, preparing reports for management, monitoring marketing budgets and expenditure, organising promotional events and supporting business development initiatives. The manager will gather customer and market feedback, identify opportunities to improve the company’s positioning and contribute ideas for new products, services, campaigns and promotional strategies. They will ensure that all marketing communications remain professional, consistent with company branding and appropriate for the intended audience.
