About the Role:

Ramudden Global UK is looking for a driven

Digital Marketing Executive with B2B Marketing Automation experience to join our small, collaborative team. We are at an exciting turning point: we are currently onboarding HubSpot MarketingHub with the support of a leading implementation agency.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious marketer to make an impact by playing an active role in the implementation setup, ultimately taking ownership of the day-to-day execution, build, and optimisation of our marketing automation. You will have the chance to make a highly visible impact by building our lead nurture programmes whilst also being involved in a variety of other digital marketing activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

-

HubSpot Ownership & Execution: Serve as the internal champion for MarketingHub. You will work closely with our implementation agency,

with the support of the Head of Communications & Marketing Director, during the setup phase to understand the architecture, and then responsible for workflows, lists, and automation triggers.

-

Campaign Build & Deployment: Transform campaign strategies into live, automated reality. You will build and deploy email sends, landing pages, and lead nurture sequences.

-

Content Creation: Design and manage email and web campaigns, including copywriting, content creation and the coordination of creative assets, with support from the wider marketing team where required. Ensure all content reflects the brand, campaign objectives and the needs of the target audience.

-

Reporting & Analytics: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance. Your key focus will be establishing clear metrics so we can confidently attribute new leads to MarketingHub activity.

-

Cross-Functional Teamwork:

We are a small, collaborative marketing department. You will need to pitch in and support the wider team with initiatives like industry events and other marketing activities.

Your Goal for the First 6 Months:

Success in your first six months looks like this: You will have successfully built and launched our core automated nurture campaigns from scratch, establishing a clear tracking and reporting process to measure engagement, lead generation and the contribution of marketing activity.

About You:

Experience: You have prior experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally with hands-on experience using HubSpot (specifically MarketingHub). You know how to navigate the platform, build emails, and set up basic workflows with an understanding of GDPR. Other skills you have across digital marketing (e.g. CMS management, digital advertising, social media would be an advantage too)

Growth

Mindset: You are keen to deepen your HubSpot and marketing automation expertise, working closely with our implementation agency during the onboarding phase and applying that knowledge to develop and optimise campaigns over time.

Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring workflows trigger correctly, data is handled properly, and emails look great across all devices.
