Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of its clients Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Plan. Contract is for 6 months in Exeter EX1 1JN.

Project Manager - Homelessness

Pay Rate: £22.80 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday - Friday

Contract length: 6 months

Location: Exeter Ex1 1Jn

Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week office based , plus attendance at workshops, meetings and partner

Key requirements

Proven project management experience delivering complex, time-critical projects in housing, homelessness or a related public service.

Recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, APM or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of homelessness and rough sleeping, including prevention and partnership services.

Excellent planning, organisation and governance skills, including risk and stakeholder management.

Experience using data, targets and performance measures to develop practical action plans.

Key responsibilities

Lead the project from planning through to submission.

Develop and manage the project plan, including risks, deadlines, governance and reporting.

Coordinate evidence, data and stakeholder engagement to inform the Action Plan.

Lead the development of the project with clear targets and actions.

Prepare reports, briefings and governance papers and secure partner and senior officer approval.
