Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for an HR Business Partner to deliver the workforce element of a Housing Competence and Conduct Standard project. Contract is for 6 months in Exeter EX1 1JN.

HR Business Partner

Pay Rate: £22.20 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, 9:00-17:00

Contract length: 6 months

Location: Exeter EX1 1JN

Hybrid – subject to change depending on the business needs

Key requirements:

Graduate CIPD qualified, or equivalent, with at least three years' HR experience.

Experienced HR Business Partner with a strong record of supporting managers through change.

Experience in workforce planning, skills analysis and professional development.

Proven ability to develop HR policies, procedures and conduct standards.

Strong stakeholder, coaching and communication skills, with sound HR best-practice knowledge.

Key responsibilities

Develop a Workforce Professional Development Policy for Housing and Asset Management.

Create a housing-specific Code of Conduct aligned with the new standard.

Evaluate skills, behaviours and qualifications, then agree upskilling plans with managers and Learning and Development.

Establish a practical way for tenants to shape the policy and Code of Conduct.

Include contractors and agency workers in skills development, upskilling and behavioural monitoring arrangements.
