Prebook Recruitment is working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Southall seeking a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner for a full-time position starting in September 2026.
You'll join a collaborative Early Years team committed to helping every child feel safe, included and excited to learn.
No two days in Early Years are quite the same. You'll combine structured learning with play, exploration and plenty of interaction.
You'll be involved in:
- Supporting Nursery or Reception children throughout the school day.
- Creating engaging play-based learning opportunities.
- Developing children's speech, language and communication.
- Supporting early reading, phonics and mathematical development.
- Encouraging positive friendships and social skills.
- Helping children develop independence and confidence.
- Supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs where required.
- Observing learning and feeding back to teachers.
- Preparing resources and maintaining inviting learning areas.
- Supporting routines, transitions and positive behaviour.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.
- Has experience working with children within EYFS.
- Understands how young children learn through play and exploration.
- Communicates positively and confidently with children.
- Is patient, caring and dependable.
- Enjoys contributing ideas and working collaboratively.
- Understands safeguarding responsibilities.
- Holds an Enhanced DBS or is willing to obtain one.
You'll receive:
- £100-£110 per day PAYE.
