Prebook Recruitment is recruiting for a welcoming school in Greenford seeking an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its Early Years provision from September 2026.
This could particularly suit someone currently working within a private nursery who would like to experience Early Years within a school setting.
Working as part of the school's EYFS team, you'll help children develop academically, socially and emotionally as they take their first steps through education.
You'll support:
- Play-based and adult-led learning activities.
- Children's early communication and language development.
- Phonics, storytelling, counting and early maths.
- Creative, sensory and physical activities.
- Personal, social and emotional development.
- Positive behaviour and classroom routines.
- Children who require additional support or encouragement.
- Observations and assessment of children's progress.
- Preparation of resources and learning environments.
- Communication between the wider Early Years team and families.
We're looking for:
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
- Practical experience working with Nursery or EYFS-aged children.
- Knowledge of children's development and the EYFS Framework.
- Enthusiasm for creating engaging learning experiences.
- Patience and confidence supporting different individual needs.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A collaborative approach to working with teachers and support staff.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding.
