Prebook Recruitment is working with a supportive primary school in Harrow seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join its EYFS provision in September 2026.
You'll become part of a team that understands the importance of giving children a positive and engaging start to school life.
You'll work closely with teachers and other Early Years professionals to provide a varied and stimulating learning experience.
You'll:
- Encourage learning through play, conversation and exploration.
- Support small-group and individual activities.
- Help children develop early literacy and numeracy skills.
- Encourage speech, language and communication.
- Promote independence and positive social interactions.
- Support children with additional needs where appropriate.
- Observe and record children's progress.
- Help create stimulating indoor and outdoor environments.
- Encourage positive behaviour through clear and consistent routines.
- Build trusting relationships with the children you support.
You'll ideally have:
- A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Experience supporting children within Nursery, Reception or another EYFS environment.
- Knowledge of the EYFS Framework.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive, proactive approach.
- An understanding of children's individual developmental needs.
- A commitment to safeguarding.
- An Enhanced DBS or willingness to complete one.
- £100-£110 per day PAYE.
